Jackpot Terms

Players

1. This Game is available to persons who reside in Zambia and are over the age of 18. Proof of age and identity may be required.

2. Entry to the Game is free.

3. Self-excluded persons may not participate in the Game.

4. In order to qualify to take part in the Game, players are required to place a real money bet 24 hours before taking part in the Game.

5. Employees of 10Bet or each of their associated companies, their relatives, agents or agents' relatives are not eligible to play the Game.

6. Only one account is allowed per person. Multiple accounts will be closed.

7. Only one entry per Game is allowed per person unless additional entries are granted as per an approved promotion created by 10Bet. If 10Bet has reasonable grounds to believe that multiple accounts have been opened by or are under the control of the same person, all accounts will be closed and all entries will be void. The Player will be disqualified from playing the Game and will not be entitled to receive any prizes.

8. Players must register in their own name and any player found to be registering in the name of another person will be disqualified. There is a limit to one account per category, multiple accounts that are discovered to be in the same category will be barred from playing the Game and will be ineligible to win any prizes.

9. Every player playing the Game shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions, the General 10Bet Terms and Conditions and the 10Bet General Promotion Terms, by virtue of participation.

10. By playing the Game, Players agree that 10Bet may collect and process your personal information for the purpose of this Game and to take part in reasonable post event publicity and to the use of your name and photographs in such publicity subject to the winners right to decline participation in such activities.

11. These T's & C's are subject to the General 10Bet Terms & Conditions and the 10Bet General Promotion Terms, available on our website, that players must accept in conjunction.

12. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants and /or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold 10Bet, its Directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors harmless from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from playing the Game, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize.

13. 10Bet reserves the right to suspend customers from the Game due to fraudulent activity.

14. 10Bet reserves the right to change prize conditions and /or to vary, suspend or cancel the Game at its own discretion for any reason whatsoever and without notice. In such event you hereby waive any rights or expectations which you may have against 10Bet and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against 10Bet.

15. By opting in to receive offers and communications, you agree that 10Bet may use the details you provide us with to contact you about products and services that may be of interest to you.

16. By opting in to allow us to use your customer information, including but not limited to your age, location and gender, you agree that 10Bet may use the details you provide us with to contact you and provide targeted marketing, tailored to the products and services that may be of interest to you.

The Game

1. The Free Top 6 Game will be available to the players to play twice during the week (weekend Free Top 6 and midweek Free Top 6)

2. Players are required to predict the final score of all 6 events

3. Players are required to click “Submit Selections” once the Players have completed their Predictions

4.A game round will be considered submitted once a Player submits his/her selections. Once submitted, the player will be able to change their selections before the start of the event via our website or via our mobile App.

5.Each Game will close at the start of the first fixture on which the Game was based on, or unless stated clearly otherwise on the website/mobile app. Once the Game has closed, players cannot change their answers.

6.The value of the Jackpot prize will be the amount stated in the specific Game. There is no default jackpot prize. Players participating in the Game are expected to be familiar with the Jackpot prize before starting the Game. The jackpot prize will be awarded to the player who correctly predicts the correct picks in the Game. In the case of multiple winners, the Jackpot Prize will be split between the winners equally.

7.If 10Bet suspects that Players are engaging in fraudulent behaviour or collusion in order to gain an advantage in the Game, 10Bet reserves the right to withhold or refuse any winnings pending an investigation. This includes players who refer new users in order to collect extra entries (double shots) on a scale that is inconsistent with personal use.

8.The settlement of the Free Top 6 Game will be as per the data published by Opta, Sofascore, ESPN.com and other sources. This data will be used to determine the winners of the prizes. All games will be settled with the score at the end of regular time (including any stoppage time added by the referee).

9.If any fixture is postponed, abandoned or not completed (where less than 90mins is played) the fixture will be considered void including the corresponding Game played by the players in respect of the fixture.

10.There is no cash alternative to the non-cash prizes unless agreed to in writing by 10Bet. The prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

11. 10Bet reserves the right to substitute the prizes (or any part of them) for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.

12. 10Bet will not be liable for prizes that do not reach the winners for reasons beyond its reasonable control.

Winners and Entrants Verification and Publication

1. The Players winnings will be automatically credited to his/her 10Bet account within 48 hours of the game settling. However, please keep in mind that the payment processing time by the banks involved can extend up to 30 days.

2. Player information provided when signing up must be accurate and must be verified with a valid ID (drivers license, passport or local ID). 10Bet reserves the right to withhold prizes until the players account information has been verified.

3. Players who have signed up with false details, including but not limited to selecting a country that they are not a resident in will not be eligible to win the jackpot or any prizes and will have their accounts permanently suspended.

Submission of entries

1. 10Bet does not accept responsibility for network, computer hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the submission or receipt of your entry. Under no circumstances can a Player submit their entry via e-mail.

Limitation of Liability

1. 10Bet and each of its associated companies and agents are indemnified from all liabilities arising from:

• Any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the prizes, promotions or relevant sports fixtures beyond 10Bets reasonable control;
• Any technical failures or unavailability of the website /App;
• Errors or omissions relating to prizes or for any act or default of any third-party supplier including without limitation, errors relating to events and scoring data.

2. The terms and conditions of any third-party supplier will apply to the prize where applicable.

3. If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions are or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any modification to or deletion of a provision or part-provision under this clause shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions.

4. 10Bet's decision is final and legally binding on all Players in relation to all aspects of the Game including (without limitation) allocation of prizes. Players who do not comply in full with the Game rules or terms and conditions will be disqualified and will not be eligible to receive any prizes.

Taxes

1. All Jackpot Prizes are gross of tax and any relevant taxes will be deducted from the prizes and customers paid net of tax according to local tax.

2. You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes on any prizes and/or winnings that you collect from 10bet.

1. The competition is only available to customers who have an account with 10bet and are over the age of 18 years.

9. A game round will be considered submitted once a Player confirms their picks on the Game Confirmation screen. Once submitted, the player will be able to change their selections before the start of the event via our website or via our mobile App.

10. Each Game will close at the kick-off time of the first fixture on which the Game was based on, or unless stated clearly otherwise on the website/ mobile app. Once the Game has closed, players cannot change their answers.

11. Unless stated otherwise in a particular Free Bola 8/8 Jackpot game, the prizes are as follows:

• 8/8 correct answers - ZMW 150,000
• 7/8 correct answers - ZMW 15,000
• 6/8 correct answers - ZMW 750
• 5/8 correct answers - ZMW 75 Free Bet
• 4/8 correct answers - ZMW 8 Free Bet

12. The top jackpot prize for 8/8 correct answers will be awarded to the player who correctly predicts all correct picks. In the case of multiple winners, the top jackpot prize will be split between the winners equally. Prizes thereafter will not be split. For example, if two players correctly predict 7/8 correct answers, both will win a prize of ZMW 15,000 each.

13. The Players winnings will be automatically credited to his/her 10Bet account within 72 hours of the game settling.

14. Free bets valid for 3 days after issued.

15. Every player participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions, the General 10bet Terms & Conditions, and the 10bet General Promotion Terms which constitute a part of them, by virtue of participation.

16. Taxes

Weekly Leaderboard Competition

1. The competition will take place on a weekly basis from 00:00 on Monday 21st November 2022

2. The competition is only available to customers who have an account with 10bet and are over the age of 18 years.

3. Self-excluded persons may not enter the competition.

4. Customers who take part in the Daily Jackpot competition will automatically be entered into the weekly Leaderboard competition

5. The leaderboard is based on the total number of points that customers have accumulated in a round

6. A round refers to a period of one week (Monday - Sunday)

7. Customers will earn points for the Leaderboard as per the following:

• 10 points will be awarded to customers who predict open questions correctly in the Daily Jackpot.
• The number of points awarded to customers for correctly predicting a multiple-choice question will vary depending on the number of answers (outcomes) for the question. For example, 8 points will be awarded to a customer for a multiple-choice question with 8 possible answers (outcomes) if answered correctly, 7 points will be awarded to a customer for a multiple-choice question with 7 possible answers (outcomes) if answered correctly, etc.

8. A customer may not win more than one of the prizes listed below in clause 9, for the duration of the Weekly Leaderboard competition.

9. Customers stand a chance to win one (1) of the following prizes on a weekly basis:

• Final Leaderboard Position 1: ZMW 500
• Final Leaderboard Position 2: ZMW 250
• Final Leaderboard Position 3: ZMW 100
• Final Leaderboard Position 4: ZMW 50
• Final Leaderboard Position 5: ZMW 30
• Final Leaderboard Position 6 - 10: ZMW 20

10. Customers can follow the Leaderboard standings at any time on the Leaderboard page.

11. After the end of each round (weekly), a due diligence check will be done on the final leaderboard standings to ensure that no prizes are awarded to customers who have performed fraudulent activity.

12. The final leaderboard standings and prizes will be confirmed no later than 72 hours after the end of each weekly round.

13. All winners will receive their prizes directly into their 10bet accounts and will be notified via SMS and/or phone call no later than 24 hours after the confirmation of the final leaderboard standings.

14. In the event of two or more customers having the same number of points on the Leaderboard, the customers will be deemed to have tied.In this case , the prize will be split between the customers. For example, if two customers tie for the 5th position on the Leaderboard, they will split the total amount awarded for the 5th and 6th position. E.g each of them will win ZMW 25.

15. If reliable statistics cannot be obtained for any question in a Game, the specific question in the Game will be considered void and no points will be awarded to customers for the Leaderboard. Leaderboard points will reflect for the questions that are answered correctly in the Game and are able to be settled. Exceptions to the above may occur if the event on which the Game is based, is rescheduled after its intended date and the event takes place without any significant changes to the Game (court surface, starting pitcher, venue etc.). For example, tennis matches which are postponed due to standard weather and timetable factors would remain active in most cases.

16. If there is a clear and obvious error in a question, either due to human error or due to an erroneous data feed, the question and the Game may be voided. If the question is only voided, the remainder of the questions in the Game which are not affected may still count towards leaderboard points. An example of this type of error would be the following question: "How many shots on target will L.Messi have" however Messi does not take part in the soccer match. The answer “0” however may be selected by customers and may count towards points on the leaderboard. An example of a question that may be fully voided and would not contribute towards points on the leaderboard would be when the possible answers are listed erroneously in such a way that there are two or more correct answers (e.g. How many goals will Liverpool score? 0-10, 2, 3, 4, 5+). However, 10Bet may in its sole discretion, even if the answers are listed erroneously as in the above example, deem the question to be valid if it is evident that the question is understood by the customers.

17. In any Game where 20% or more of the questions are based on matches which have been postponed for more than 24 hours or have been cancelled, the entire Game will be voided and will not count towards the leaderboard competition.

18. By entering the competition, Customers agree:

Games rules

Free Bola 8/8 (Daily Jackpot)

1. All questions relate to the regular 90 minute (plus stoppage time) football matches unless otherwise stated, made implicit or implied by the question (e.g. which team will qualify for the next round?). In some cases, a prompt / hint may be added in a particular question to remind players that only regular time applies but that doesn't mean that extra-time applies on other questions where a reminder is not given.

2. Questions relating to corner times will be settled at the point in time when the corner is legally taken (not won) as per the scoreboard feed or at the time given by our settlement sources.

3. Own goals will count towards the settlement of regular goal-based questions but will not count towards sports player-based goal questions. For example: “In what minute will the 1st goal be scored?” this question would remain unaffected by any own goals. “How many goals will Messi score?” this would only include goals scored by Messi in the opposing goal.

4. Any question that has the answer option “Other” refers to all outcomes which aren’t listed on the card.

5. Goals which are disallowed or given but then chalked off due to VAR will not count for the purpose of this product’s related games.

6. Questions relating to shots will be settled according to the Opta/WhoScored definition. Using these definitions, shots blocked by any defending sports player other than the goalkeeper will not count as shots. In questions relating to shots, shots are the addition of shots on target and shots off target, this does not include shots which are blocked.

7. Woodworks / Shots on post: For questions relating to shots on target, a shot that hits the woodwork does not count.

8. Cards: For questions relating to the number of cards shown in a match, a second yellow card will only result in one additional card count towards the total i.e. it will count as two cards in total, instead of three. Cards shown to non-playing staff (as well as sports players who have been substituted off the pitch), will not count towards the total.

9. Tackles - the Opta definition for football tackles will be used. A tackle is defined as the following: where a sports player connects with the ball in a ground challenge where he successfully takes the ball away from the sports player in possession of the ball. The tackled sports player must clearly be in possession of the ball before the tackle is made. It is not a tackle, when a sports player cuts out a pass by any means.

10. For questions relating to the correct score: 1-0 refers to the home team (or team listed on the left of the card) leading/winning; 0-1 refers to the away team (or team listed on the right of the card) leading/winning.

11. Our main settlement sources which are used to determine the answers to the Games are Sofascore, WyScout, WhoScored and ESPN. 10Bet reserves the right to decide the correct answer if any of the settlement sources are in disagreement with each other. In certain leagues, the Football Critic website may also be used.

12. In questions such as "In what minute will the first goal be scored?" or "In what minute will the first corner be taken?", the latest period of time followed by a + symbol listed as an option will include the eventuality of that match not happening during the game unless there is an option of "No Goal" or "Other" to select as an answer.

13. Starting Goalkeeper: In questions relating to a named, expected starting goalkeeper, the question will be settled according to the goalkeeper who started the game for the team in question.

14. Passes: unless the term "attempted" or similar terms are used, the term "passes" shall refer to successful or completed passes.

15. The term "goal involvement" refers to either a goal or an assist which results in the sports player's team scoring against the opposing team. An error which leads to a sports player's team conceding a goal does not count in terms of questions relating to goal involvements.

16. Winning or Decisive Goal: both terms relate to the earliest goal which ensures that a team wins. For example: If a team wins by more than one goal, the separating goal will be deemed as the winning goal - if a match finishes 3-1, the goal scored to make it 2-1 would be deemed as the winning / decisive goal.

17. How will most goals be scored? For this type of question, there would be the following possible selections "right foot", "penalty", "open play", "direct free kick", however there may be more than one correct answer. A right footed penalty that is scored would count for both the "right foot" and "penalty” selection. In such questions no precedence is taken for any particular goalscoring method over another, and a tie could be a possible outcome.

18. In a question relating to the number of minutes played by a sports player or a combination of minutes played by sports players such as "How many minutes will Bukayo Saka play?" or "How many minutes will Bukayo Saka and Emile Smith-Rowe play combined?", there is a maximum of 90 minutes played. If both sports players played a full match and due to added injury time, the amount of time played exceeded 90 minutes, the question would still be scored on a maximum of 180 minutes.

19. For international tournaments (e.g. Euro 2020, World Cup 2022, Copa America), questions relating to how many goals a sports player or team will score for the whole tournament will include goals scored in extra-time but will not include goals scored in penalty shoot-outs.
